At Mindgrub, Mark works closely with the Leadership team to execute on human capital and talent management strategies with a focus on employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, employee and leader learning and development, career progression, total rewards, and communication.
Mark brings a broad business background with over 20 years of HR leadership and business operations experience. Most of his career has been working with large and small technology and consulting companies in Northern Virginia. As a native Baltimorean, he holds a Master's degree in Business from Johns Hopkins University, Bachelor's degree in Economics from Radford University and an Advanced Certificate in Employee Relations Law from Cornell University. Mark lives with his wife, three kids and Golden Retriever in Severna Park, MD. He enjoys open water swimming, skiing, hiking, and renovating old houses.
