LAMP/PHP/Drupal Developers -- Multiple Openings

Mindgrub is currently seeking three Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Drupal developers to support multiple client projects. Candidates must have CS degree or currently working to fulfill CS degree. 2-5 years experience working with PHP 5 a plus. Must have strong skill set of systems and scripting languages, familiarity with CMS’s, Web development (PHP, HTML, CSS, XML) and SQL Databases. The perfect candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Object Oriented programming and flexibility to move from project to project as needed a major plus!!

Project Manager

Mindgrub is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! Candidates must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Experience with Agile Project Methodology and agency experience is a must.  PMP Certification is desired but not required.  Some responsibilities and duties for this positions are as follows:

  • Mentor Account Managers
  • Client communication
  • Reviews project plans
  • Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, production support and account teams to provide direction on analysis, design, development, testing and deployment
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of solution into production
  • Document requirements, develop and oversee project plans and implement change control procedures
  • Facilitate reviews
  • Interact with customers at the technical level, as required

Sr. Technical Production Manager/SCRUM Master

Requirements:

  • Will work closely with application product owners, project / account managers, and developers. Occasional client interface required.
  • Will promote the advancement and adoption of Agile methodology best practice methods, tools and documentation deliverables.
  • Will contribute to sprint planning, assist team with making appropriate commitments with task definition and levels of effort, and drive daily scrums, daily progress tracking, release planning, resource acquisition, assignments, and work load management.
  • Will identify, manage, and escalate delivery issues and risks.  Prevent and/or remove impediments and distractions that interfere with the ability of the development team to deliver the sprint goal.
  • Will work with project / account managers to perform Change Management according to best practice guidelines.
  • Will be proficient in the use of MSOffice Suite including MSProject.  Experience with a variety of project tracking tools highly encouraged.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience driving Agile Scrum application development teams of 4 or more staff for software application products.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing development and deployment of PHP web applications is a plus.
