Jenny Nix is a graphic designer and "idea person" new to Mindgrub Technologies. Jenny has lived in Maryland for most of her life and expects to graduate from UMBC in May, 2012. She loves the idea of working on many types of design, believing that it is exciting to learn a bit about everything.
Jenny has purposefully interned with different kinds of companies during college to learn varying design skills. She began with Gable Signs & Graphics, a major custom signage company in Baltimore, and learned about environmental design, photo restoration and internal advertising. She then moved to UMBC's Off-Campus Student Services to design all types of printed advertisements for campus events. At Compass Marketing in Annapolis, she had her hands on business-to-business ads, packaging, animation, website front-end, apparel design, and more. She mainly worked on projects for large clients such as Proctor & Gamble, MARS, and Duracell. Currently, Jenny is excited to learn more about interactive media and mobile applications at Mindgrub!
