Mark started his career in recruiting, and has since developed a strong background in the field of Human Capital Management (HCM). Over the course of his career, Mark earned a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and an Advanced Certificate in Employee Relations Law from the Institute of Applied Management and Law.
After working in both global financial services and management consulting, Mark joined a Fortune 100 systems integration, consulting, and outsourcing company. He was fast-tracked into executive level roles, leading and executing key HCM initiatives.
For fun, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and golden retriever. When not with his family, you can find him open-water swimming, hiking, skiing, and renovating old houses.
