Laura Scruggs is the Director of Marketing for Mindgrub Technologies, where she leads an agile team of creative problem solvers in driving profitable growth for the agency. A passionate proponent of the inbound philosophy, Laura designs, executes, analyzes, and optimizes Mindgrub's efforts in marketing/sales alignment, content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), customer relationship management (CRM), media planning, email marketing, social media management, account-based marketing, data analysis, and brand development.

In addition to leading efforts related to brand awareness, revenue growth, employee engagement, and client retention, Laura serves as the manager of Mindgrub's technology partnership program. Since kicking off this collaborative initiative in 2018, Mindgrub has earned recognition as a certified partner from leading tech platforms such as Amazon Web Services, SAP, HubSpot, WordPress VIP, and Pantheon. 
 An experienced presenter, she has spoken at numerous industry events about content marketing, conversion rate optimization, program management, and paid social media strategy.
Prior to joining Mindgrub, Laura spent several years as a growth marketer in both the ecommerce space and in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and is a proud Americorps alumna.
