Baltimore, MD | Mindgrub’s Chief of Staff Kim Paradise has been named one of 25 leaders growing Baltimore’s tech and entrepreneur network by Technical.ly Baltimore.
This second edition of the RealLIST Connectors highlights the individuals who are opening doors and bringing innovation to the Baltimore community. This year’s list put a specific focus on people who were able to make a difference despite the challenging circumstances of the past year.
In addition to being Chief of Staff at Mindgrub, Paradise sits on the leadership team and coordinates across multiple departments to define, execute, and measure the effectiveness of major organizational initiatives. She also leads Mindgrub’s Charitable Giving Committee, through which she handles the company’s nonprofit partnerships, including Games for Good, a creative solution to waning employee engagement due to the pandemic. Mindgrub was able to generate over $6,000 in donations for Baltimore-based nonprofits.
“Kim’s dedication to giving back is unmatched, and her work with the Charitable Giving Committee has proven that,” says Todd Marks, Mindgrub’s CEO. “Even though the last year looked a lot different for us all, Kim kept trucking to make sure that Mindgrub stayed active in the community.”
