BALTIMORE, MD | Leading technology innovation agency Mindgrub welcomes Lawrence Baird to the company as Senior Vice President of Client Solutions.
Lawrence is a seasoned executive leader specializing in strategy, operational improvement, P&L optimization, and people development. Lawrence has extensive experience in organizational strategy, change management, and process optimization. He is a hands-on, trusted advisor to other executives and to all employees within the organization.
Lawrence has a broad background, with over 20 years of sales, operations, and product/project management experience. His experience includes 13 years with Laureate Education in Baltimore and as COO of two local technology companies in eLearning and cybersecurity. He holds a BA in Communication from Loyola University in Maryland and an MBA from Walden University. He has been an adjunct professor at Stevenson University for 12 years as well as a number of other higher education institutions.
