BALTIMORE, MD | Mindgrub’s Quality Assurance Tester has been named one of the most influential technologists in Baltimore by Technical.ly.

Technical.ly Baltimore has named Sandra Koranteng, a Quality Assurance Tester at Mindgrub, one of the leading technologists in Baltimore in 2020.

For the second year in a row, a Mindgrubber has been named in Technical.ly’s RealLIST series that identifies the most promising technologists tackling problems in innovative ways. This second edition of Technical.ly’s RealLIST Engineers recognizes pros in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C., and Delaware for their problem-solving abilities as well as their local community outreach.

Sandra has been with Mindgrub since April 2019 where she has become “the in-house expert on accessibility,” as stated in her nomination. She is tasked with making sure that web products are easily accessible and functional for people with disabilities.

“Technology is supposed to make our life better, so there shouldn’t be a challenge or obstacle with it,” she told Technical.ly.

Sandra has a passion for making the web better and is currently working on streamlining the accessibility processes at Mindgrub. She has helped Fortune 100 utility companies, state government agencies, and accredited universities achieve compliance by providing detailed guides

“Sandra is truly selfless,” says Sandra’s supervisor and Mindgrub Quality Assurance Manager Liam Wade. “Day in and day out she is a champion of accessibility and someone who is a shining example of the empathy we all need. Her drive and passion to help others are infectious and have reached every corner of Mindgrub.”
