Laura Gousha is the Vice President of Engagement at Mindgrub Technologies. In her role, she supports several industry verticals including utilities, higher education, and government as a strategic consultant.
She brings extensive experience in custom software development, project requirements definition and estimation, agile process implementation, team management, and overall strategic planning for clients that range from startups to Fortune 100 organizations. Her clients include Exelon, Entergy, University of Maryland, LG&E KU, Johns Hopkins University, and more.
Laura’s thought leadership in the software development space has been tapped by organizations and event committees such as Chartwell, Distributech, Behavior Energy and Climate Change (BECC) Conference, Mobile Payments Conference, The Association of Edison Illuminating Companies, and Energy Central.
As a member of Mindgrub’s leadership team, Laura works in close collaboration with all business units to support organizational initiatives designed to empower clients and team members. She has been a part of Team Mindgrub since 2015.
Laura holds a BA from Bryn Mawr College and a MA from Central European University.
